Booking & Payment

For standard Beijing journeys, our service fee is paid in two parts: 20% in advance, and the remaining 80% on the evening of the first day we welcome you in person.

We help you compare suitable flights, hotels, meals, transport, tickets and optional experiences. The travel purchases you choose are quoted separately from the service fee for you to review and agree before they are arranged.

We’ll explain the cancellation and refund terms for your trip in your proposal, so you can review them before confirming. This website accepts inquiries only; we’ll explain the payment arrangements with your proposal.

For Golf journeys and destinations beyond Beijing, we’ll confirm the service-fee payment schedule and cancellation terms in your proposal. We’ll also agree on service hours and any overtime arrangements before you confirm.

Travel purchases and refundable deposits are handled separately.
